This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Winter and Summer Grounds Maintenance and Snow/Ice Removal for Niagara Region – Facilities Management, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). Niagara Region currently has the responsibility of ensuring that the physical addresses listed in Appendix B – RFT Particulars are maintained regularly with respect to winter and summer grounds maintenance and snow and ice removal services. Furthermore, Niagara Region is committed to ensuring that all sites listed in this tender are continually kept safe, clean, and well maintained. Niagara Region considers the services identified within this tender of importance and hence strict adherence to the specifications provided is required, which means that the awarded Bidder(s) is/are to maintain all areas identified in an effective and timely manner.
